2. MathSciTech Data Privacy Policy

All data collected from parents about their students is stored on MathSciTech servers in line with company data retention policies.  The requested data on students and parents is collected to ensure the proper safeguarding provisions are in place (emergency contact details of parents, guardians, or carers, allergy/medication information, how the child will arriving to/departing from the programme venue, and other relevant information).  Additional information (interests & background) is requested to provide the best educational experience for your child.  We CATEGORICALLY do not share your data with any other organisation nor will we use your contact information for marketing or newsletters without seeking a separate consent.  Please direct any questions or concerns to the Director of Programmes using the Contact Form.

3. MathSciTech Recording & Media Policy

All of our instructional programmes are recorded using audio or audio/video.  We use this for three purposes: (1) the recorded audio/video is used for the safety of the instructors and the students attending and to ensure that all participants remain in keeping with the expected Code of Conduct.  (2) Audio and video recordings may be used for instructional training purposes.  (3) From time to time we refresh and expand our course flyers, programmes, and website marketing content.  We draw from our audio/video recordings as well as professional photography and videography for this content.  By accepting the Recording and Media consents above, you allow your child's likeness to be used for such purposes.  We CATEGORICALLY do not share our audio/video material with any other organisation, nor do we post any identifying information to our websites.  Please direct any questions or concerns to the Director of Programmes using the Contact Form.
