I'm always astounded and delighted at the creativity which surrounds us in everything we do, if we take a little time, a little joyfulness, and a little playfulness to explore.
Electronics is a wonderful springboard into creativity, with fruitful connections to the arts, lighting, sound scapes, movement & dance, drama and theatre, and even sculpture!
Check out these wonderful pieces, built by various artists, photographers, sculptors, makers, and hobbyists.
Why not give it a go? Parts are plentiful and cheap. You can take apart some old electronics junk, or hunt for some in a nearby charity shop or car boot sale. Pliers, a soldering iron, a bit of hot glue, and some ingenuity, and you too can create some beautiful pieces!
If you give it a go, send us what you've come up with!
